With a foundation in Media Studies and New Media Design from some of the country’s leading schools, I’ve spent the past 12+ years partnering with organisations of every scale—whether a nimble 4-member design studio or a global multinational. My focus has always been the same: to craft digital experiences that are efficient, meaningful, and delightful for businesses and their customers alike.

Driving customer experience transformation by blending strategy, design, and delivery. Lead discovery, evaluate CX/AI opportunities, and translate them into testable concepts and impactful assets. Champion design thinking across teams to embed experimentation, accessibility, and measurable outcomes into practice.

Responsible for conceptualizing and designing world class user experiences as a part of the company’s elite Customer Experience Transformation Team. Also, incepting a brand new design team, it’s practices, ways of working and culture.
